PSALM 23 - LC loves it!!!

Inspirational Bible Verse:  PSALM 23

"The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever." AMEN.

Apple Cider Vinegar for Ultimate Feminine Beauty & Health

Apple Cider Vinegar for Ultimate Feminine Beauty and Health

Apple cider vinegar is widely used around the world, in natural cosmetology, as well as for acquiring ultimate feminine beauty - from head to toe. I LOVE it! Even ancient Egyptian women such as Cleopatra used it for their skin, hair and body care - as did the geisha. Moreover, it has acquired great popularity in modern times, and acceptance by many advocates of natural health and beauty.

Apple cider vinegar is considered to be a very rich source of many essential trace elements - such as potassium, calcium, sodium, iron and magnesium. It kills many disease-causing microbes in the gastrointestinal tract too, and has a beneficial effect on colds, and much, much more.

And, to return your entire body to feminine beauty and radiance, start using apple cider vinegar DAILY! However, for cosmetic procedures, you'll need pure, unadulterated apple cider vinegar. So, carefully read the ingredient list cupcakes - and there should be only apple cider vinegar and water - no sugar or flavors added.

Now, let's take a look at one of nature's best healing and beautifying ingredients....

Apple Cider Vinegar for Haircare, and to Prevent Dandruff and Hair Loss

Usually, we lose about 100 hairs a day, and during pregnancy, as well as in the colder months, the hair may fall out even more. But if you're experiencing hair loss, it's highly recommended to drink (for a duration of 6-8 weeks,) a glass of boiled water with 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar added to it. Apple cider vinegar strengthens the hair and promotes hair growth.

Apple cider vinegar has long been seen as a mean to restore hair. And, making a weak solution of apple cider vinegar that's been mixed in water, is an ideal way to rinse the hair. After washing and conditioning your hair, rinse with a solution of 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar added to 2 cups of cold/warm water.

Regularly carrying out such a procedure, you can return your hair to it's former shiny and smooth texture. Besides, by including this hair rinse in your regular haircare routine, you can forget about dandruff altogether!

Those of you who do want to get rid of dandruff, apply to the scalp a little warmed apple cider vinegar. Then, wrap the hair in some plastic wrap - and cover with a towel. Leave it to sit on your head for a whole hour. And, after an hour has elapsed, wash and condition the hair as normal.

ACV is great for getting lush and shiny hair. It can not only restore dry, brittle and unruly hair, but help to strengthen damaged hair cuticles - by restoring the PH acid balance of hair. And, in the well-known apple cider vinegar hair rinse, is 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar to 2 cups of warm water. This rinse also clarifies the hair, removing the remnants of accumulated hair products, and giving the hair a beautiful shine.

For dark hair, use apple cider vinegar infused with some rosemary to give your hair a special sheen. Or use chamomile flowers instead, if you have blond hair :-)

Here's a very effective hair mask with apple cider vinegar - combine 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tbsp of honey and one quarter of a cup of water. This mixture should be rubbed into the hair, and left on the hair for 30 minutes before washing it off.

And, a hair mask for normal hair - grate 1 apple, and then add 1 egg yolk, and 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar. Apply the mask on your hair and leave on for 30 minutes. Then, rinse it off with warm water.

Apple Cider Vinegar for Weight Loss

It's quite well-known that apple cider vinegar helps in the fight against excess weight. It turns out that the pectin in it can help you to lose weight, by adjusting and speeding up the body's metabolism. It also improves bowel function. In addition, apple cider vinegar normalizes the sodium-potassium balance of the body, helping to reduce the appetite and ultimately causing you to lose weight.

If you want to use apple cider vinegar for dieting, drink it diluted in water, and drink it 30 minutes before meals. The proportions are; 1-2 tablespoons of vinegar in 1 cup of water. Honey can also be added for a more palatable taste (but not added if you want to lose weight.) This drink also quells the feeling of hunger, that ultimately will allow you to consume less food.

It's also recommended to add apple cider vinegar to various salads, and replacing common salt with it. An excess of salt is known to be harmful to the body and prevents weight loss.

Apple Cider Vinegar for Treating Cellulite and Stretch Marks

Apple cider vinegar helps get rid of cellulite, as well as minimizes the appearance of stretchmarks. The most popular ACV method for combating cellulite is using it in body wraps. To make a body wrap, mix the vinegar and water in equal parts, and then rub it on the problem areas. Then, wrap the areas in plastic wrap and a warm towel. An hour later, the plastic wrap should be removed, and the areas rinsed with water. Once you're dry, apply moisturizer.

Apple vinegar is also good for performing anti-cellulite massage. To help eliminate the cellulite, mix 3 parts apple cider vinegar with 1 part olive oil - or any oil that's suitable for massage. Lubricate the problem areas with this mixture, and then conduct a session of firm massage. This massage is recommended twice a day.

When you do the anti-cellulite massage, make sure to rub vigorously on the areas of cellulite. Such rubbing not only will help make the skin fresh and smooth (due to the acid content,) but will assist in reducing the appearance and volume of cellulite. In addition, apple cider vinegar is an excellent anti-inflammatory agent.

I also encourage you to rub ACV on any 'rogue' site - such as areas affected by stretch marks. And finally, if you add a couple of glasses of apple cider vinegar in the water before taking a bath, the skin after such a procedure will be clean, exfoliated, smooth and soft.

Apple Cider Vinegar for Bathing

Since ACV has such an excellent effect on the condition of the skin, you can have a bath with it! First fill the bathtub with water (at a temperature of about 37-40 degrees,) and then pour in 250 ml (1 cup) of apple cider vinegar. Take a bath for 15-30 minutes, so the skin can absorb a certain amount of acid-ulated water.

And, after swimming you can also rinse your skin with diluted apple cider vinegar to create an ideal PH balance of the skin. In addition, the appearance of pruritus suggests that the PH balance of the skin is too alkaline.

Apple Cider Vinegar for Varicose Veins

Apple cider vinegar works well against varicose veins, narrowing them, as well as for rectifying any heaviness in the legs. Moisten a cotton cloth with some apple cider vinegar, and then rub it gently over the protruding veins. You can also wrap your legs and feet in a towel soaked with vinegar, and keep it on for at least half an hour - while raising your legs as high as possible.

You can do this procedure in the morning and before bedtime. About a month later, you'll begin to notice a narrowing the veins! To enhance the effect, drink a solution of apple cider vinegar and water everyday for at least a month (2 tsp to a glass of water.)

If you want, you can add lemon or peppermint essential oil to the varicose vein solution. And, with a roll of gauze, wrap up the areas of cellulite. Reinforce with polyethylene wrap (or even cut up garbage bags,) and then lie down under a warm blanket for half an hour.

Apple Cider Vinegar for Softening the Feet - And Eliminating Fungus, Corns and Callouses

Rich in organic acids - such as malic, citric, glycolic and acetic acids, you can also rub apple cider vinegar on your feet to soften them (it's a very effective anti-fungal agent too.) To get rid of corns or callouses, you can make a pulp from bread soaked in ACV.

Leave the pulp sitting in a bowl for about an hour, and then apply it to the problem areas of you feet - covering it with a waterproof bandage and leaving on overnight. In the morning, the corn/s will be safely gone, and the callous areas can be easily removed.

Another way to soften the hard skin on the feet is to soak your feet for 10-15 minutes in a solution of 1 liter of warm water combined with half a cup apple cider vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of salt. The keratinized skin should then be rubbed with a pumice stone. This procedure should be carried out every week, until it the hard skin completely disappears.

Apple Cider Vinegar for Smooth, Relaxed and Sexy Legs

Apple vinegar is great for scaly or tired, heavy legs. Dissolve two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of cold water. Then rub this solution with a sponge all over your legs. You can also pour some of this solution in a bowl, and soak your feet in it for 5 minutes. After that, your legs and feet will feel as soft and smooth as a baby's!

Apple Cider Vinegar for Skin Care, and for Performing a Natural Skin Peel at Home

Due to the organic acids, APV is perfect for external use on the skin and restores the natural PH acid environment of the skin. It stimulates the blood circulation in the capillaries and kills fungus and bacteria. Not only that - the organic acids in apple cider vinegar smooths lines and wrinkles. It's wonderful at exfoliating the skin like a skin peel too!

In the undiluted form, apple cider vinegar is used to treat skin diseases, as well as being suitable for skin whitening. It's also an effective anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory agent.

**However, anyone with sensitive skin can experience irritation when using apple cider vinegar for skin care.

Here's a stimulating and nourishing face mask recipe for normal to dry skin - mix one egg with a teaspoon of honey, then add a quarter of a teaspoon of vinegar to it. Put the mixture over the skin of your face and neck, leaving it on for 20 minutes. Then, rinse your face and neck with warm water.

And, here's a great clarifying tonic for oily skin - to 100mls of water in a cup, add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. This solution is excellent for toning the skin, as well as for getting rid of pimples and acne.

Another option is to put a couple of drops of apple cider vinegar into individual ice molds. You can then use the ice in the morning to wipe over your face, and pores of the skin will be less noticeable too - due to the constricting effect of the ice.

A popular face mask for all skin types - beat 1 egg, and then add 1 tsp honey, and a quarter of a teaspoon of ACV. Apply as a mask to your face and neck. After 15-20 minutes, rinse the areas with warm water, and then gently blot the skin dry with a towel. This face mask significantly improves, and rejuvenates the complexion, as well as nourishes the skin.

Another rejuvenating mask for all skin types - grate 1 cucumber, and add three tablespoons of olive oil and 1 egg yolk. Stir, and then add 1 teaspoon of apple vinegar. Apply to your cleansed face, neck and even your hands. On the face and neck, leave on for 30 minutes. And, on the hands, leave on for only 10 minutes. Then, rinse the mask off with warm water.

And another - take 1 tbsp of sour cream, and then add 1 tsp of honey, 1 egg yolk, and 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar. Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly, and apply to the face. Keep the mask on for about 15-20 minutes. Wash off with warm water.

A mask for oily/combination skin - take 4 tbs of apple cider vinegar, and mix it with 2 tsp of honey, and 2 tbsp of crushed oatmeal. Thoroughly clean the face, and then put on a mask and leave for 20-30 minutes. Then, wash off with warm water.

A good facial scrub - combine 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tsp of fine table salt, and 1 tbsp of apple vinegar. Massage the scrub in a circular motion over your cleansed face and neck. Leave for a few minutes, and then rinse off with warm water. This procedure will clear your dull, flaky skin particles, and stimulate the regeneration of new skin cells.

Apple Cider Vinegar for Smoothing Hands and Age Spots

With age, unsightly skin discolorations (such as 'age spots') slowly appear. So, any remedy that will help remove these discolorations is always popular. You can wipe the discolorations and age spots with apple cider vinegar every day, and soon you'll be able to observe noticeable results. Moreover, by using it on the hands, your hands will become much softer and softer.

Another way to fade age spots etc, is to wash the skin, and then place a warm compress of ACV on the skin for three to five minutes. When the time has elapsed, you can also take a cloth soaked in warm apple cider vinegar solution (a quarter of a cup apple cider vinegar to half a liter of water,) and apply it to your (clean) face.

Leave the cloth on your face for five minutes, and then rinse with warm water (without using any cleanser or soap.)

If you're prone to dry or cracked skin on your hands, wash your hands, and then rub some hand cream into your hands - mixed with an equal amount of apple cider vinegar.

Apple Cider Vinegar for An Inner Cleanse and Energy Boost

Doves, if you drink apple cider vinegar regularly, then after a couple of weeks you'll notice that you have more energy, you'll lose weight, and your skin will look better. It's not really that surprising though, because it improves the overall condition of the body! It's even a good remedy for insomnia and chronic fatigue. To enhance this effect, you can also use apple cider vinegar externally.

For insomnia or chronic fatigue, mix 1 cup of honey and 3 tsp of apple cider vinegar. Keep this mixture in a covered jar, near your bed. You can take 2 tsp of the this remedy, half an hour before bedtime. If this isn't enough, take another 2 tsp of the mixture, and if you wake up later at night - again.

One cup of apple cider vinegar, made from whole fresh apples, contain around 240 mg of potassium. Nutritionists and natural-paths often stress the importance of the ratio of sodium and potassium in the body for normal functioning of the nervous and muscular systems. Potassium also neutralizes the harmful effects of excess sodium in the body - and is able to restore normal blood pressure.

Potassium prevents the accumulation of fluid in the body too, which occurs as a result of excess sodium. In addition, it also helps to reduce hypertension. ACV also helps to prevent violations of energy. Traditional healers claim that high blood pressure, memory impairment, and even chronic fatigue can be treated with apple cider vinegar - because it contains a large amount of potassium. The

Apple vinegar is also necessary to normalize the digestive process. Natural malic acid is a kind of building material too, connecting the cells of the body with alkaline and mineral elements. It forms the energy stored in the form of glycogen. So, any of you doves who want to have ultimate feminine beauty and health - you can't do without ACV!

You can use apple cider vinegar in cooking and soaking food. You can also add it to a variety of sauces and dressings, for potatoes, vegetables, meat and fish.

Apple Cider Vinegar for Personal Hygiene

Frequent use of soap can alkalize the skin, and apple cider vinegar is a perfect alternative as a skin cleanser. Soap can be used, but it should be used as little as possible - and ideally, you should rinse the skin after washing with diluted apple cider vinegar - to balance the PH of the skin.

Moreover the organic acids in APV stimulate the flow of blood to the skin (pale skin is usually a sign of acid starvation.)

And, after a bath or shower, wipe some apple cider vinegar under your arms (though make sure that you don't have any cuts or scratches in your armpits or it will sting!) For ACV is a totally natural and inexpensive deodorant, and has no smell! Moreover, foot odor can be eliminated if you give your feet an apple cider vinegar foot bath. To do this, fill a large basin with warm water to the ankles - and pour 1 cup of apple cider vinegar.

Hi Cupcakes!

I would love to start trying all this ACV's ...it sounds wonderful!!! I love all- natural beauty recipes...It's more effective and certainly no harmful side-effects compare to some artificial and worst yet some surgery...eeeeoooow! No way!!!

Characteristics of an Ideal Woman...

How to be an Ideal Woman?

How do you characterize an IDEAL woman? Well, besides being feminine (of course, *giggles*) an ideal woman is usually characterized by a an adequate and well-rounded woman who has quite high standards for herself.

In addition, an ideal woman has the ability to give, to listen, to feel empathy, as well as make a good impression on one and all. But what other things categorize an ideal woman? Well doves, let me share with you some of the characteristics of ideal women.....

An ideal woman has positive views of herself. She tends to see herself as liked, wanted and WORTHY. She also sees herself as capable and 'able to.'

An ideal woman has a positive and optimistic view of herself - and of the world in general - despite knowing that the world and herself is imperfect. She also radiates hope, confidence and joy - and refuses to whine, complain or feel sorry for himself!

An ideal woman emits personal magnetism, and believes that she's LUCKY. Such a woman feels that she deserves the very best things in life - and this confidence and belief that she's lucky will literally pull that destiny towards her.

An ideal woman LOVES herself and exudes the vibes; "I know how to love, and am loved. Yes, I love myself and am loved!"

*** Doves, if you truly believe in this self-affirming statement, the MEN around you will also believe!

An ideal woman believes that the more she loves herself, the more that she'll be able to love others. And, she knows that it's only when we've learned to love and respect ourselves, can we ever truly be able love and respect others. Moreover, she knows that if we aren't able to love our-self, then we can't ever count on someone else's love - especially a man's love!

An ideal woman understands that positivity, optimism, and hope is the KEY to a happy and successful life, as well as the natural outcome of having an accepting view of oneself (therefore, of others too.)

An ideal woman believes that a positive perception of herself, and of the world, can, and WILL attract positive people, situations and circumstances into her life. And, with her positive thinking, moods and outlook, she becomes like a virtual magnet attracting iron - and her optimism manages to overcome any barriers.

An ideal woman recognizes that having a positive view of oneself and the world is essential (thankfully, it can be learned,) and if she fails to grasp this particular concept, she may very well become one of those 'walking disasters' - who alienate just about everyone that they ever meet. And, just about every single one of us will know at least one of these 'walking disasters' *wink* -who can be quite toxic too.

An ideal woman understands that self-love and self-respect is a process by which her self image can be FED. She also knows that she can choose those particular things which will adequately feed her self image - and her personal growth depend on those decisions.

An ideal woman adds VALUE to other people's lives (and is not simply extracting value from others.)

An ideal woman views change and adjustment to circumstances as opportunities for renewing and revitalizing her sense of adequacy.

An ideal woman's positive view of herself has been achieved through a careful nurturing of talents, and by the accumulation of her successes.

An ideal woman knows that every woman should be 'her own project' - and not a man's. In turn, this only makes her more interesting and fascinating to others, and the world really seems to have been specifically designed - just for her!

An ideal woman is capable of creating a significant transformation in her life - who's constantly growing, becoming better, and moving forwards - (and even if it's only in 'baby steps!'

An ideal woman is comfortable with aiming high, and becoming successful in whatever she sets out to do. She's even happy to become one of those 'tall poppies' in life. And, such a woman refuses to obey that unspoken command; "Come back down."

**You mustn't ever have that tendency to restrict yourself doves, and don't you dare come back down!!

An ideal woman is comfortable with the process of change, flexibility and fluidity - and can can go through the trials and difficulties of life, with strength, grace, dignity and hope! And, one thing's for sure, ideal women refuse to end up like those bitter, irritable, quarrelsome or vindictive women that many of us know - who seem to have an eternal dissatisfaction or dislike towards everything and everyone!

**Doves, such behavior will never do for such feminine women as yourselves! And, a woman who really thinks that others will tolerate this kind of behavior for very long, is sadly mistaken.

An ideal woman has the courage to be an individual and to be very unique - as well as gives herself permission and encouragement to reach self-actualization - to become the woman she was meant to be!

An ideal woman is open to following her own feminine instincts and intuition, and in hindsight, doing what 'felt right' has proved to be a competent and trustworthy guide.

An ideal woman has managed to successfully balance and unify herself - her looks, her personality, her soulfulness.... and not just on a surface level, but to a level of real depth. She has become WHOLE.

An ideal woman takes care of herself and lives in harmony with herself. And, when you look at her life and her home (and even inside her purse or her car,) you'll always see some kind of order in there - and even those things will generally be as neat, organized and beautiful as she is!

An ideal woman not only gives to others, but receives (occasionally she'll treat herself indulgently too.)

An ideal woman is careful not to be taken advantage of by others, and is aware that when a woman gives too much to others, she ends up robbing herself (an ideal woman will never fall into this trap for long, and learns to see the signs of a manipulator too!)

An ideal woman treats herself with the same care and love that she gives to others. And, she treats herself as generously as she'd treat an important guest (and believes that she deserves no less!) Moreover, she sees herself as a VIP guest at the grand feast of life!

Prayer for Future Husband

Hi Cupcakes!

I posted a concise prayer for those who are waiting for their Mr. Right not Mr. Right Now...;-)

To all the single ladies, hope that this could help us  have the man of our dreams, our soulmate, prince charming and the one destined for us. Let us always remember that we must not go for second best just because we are sooooo lonely. God wants to give us nothing but the BEST!!!

A LOVE that can withstand the test of time...

Anyway, thanks to my gal friend who emailed me this...Thanks Res!:-)

All the best Cupcakes!!! xoxoLalaineCherie:-)

 PRAYER FOR FUTURE HUSBAND

"Lord Jesus, your Word declares that if I delight myself in you-if I enjoy and seek your pleasure above mine-you'll give me the desires of my heart (Psalm 37:4). Desiring a husband is neither evil nor selfish because marriage is honorable (Hebrews 13:4). At the beginning of creation, you proclaimed, "It is not good that man should be alone" and then you created Eve to be a suitable partner for Adam (Genesis 2:18). In the name of Jesus, I ask that you would protect the husband-a suitable partner-you have chosen for me. Because the covenant of marriage is sacred (Mark 10:9), I ask for a man of God. Please give me a husband whose love for me is only outmatched by his love for you; a man who will cherish me and build me up (Proverbs 31:28); a man who will honor me (1 Peter 3:7) and our marriage vows; a man who will be a good father and provider; a man whom I will be attracted to physically, emotionally, and spiritually; a man who will love me as Christ loved the church (Ephesians 5:25).

Keep me from attaching myself to another man out of desperation. I will not settle for a relationship that's second best, convenient, or one that feeds my insecurities. Guard my purity and give me the patience to wait. And when I meet him, confirm to me that he is the one. Release from me the baggage of past relationships, and prepare me for the man You have chosen to be my husband. Free me from any hindrances to a healthy and godly marriage: insecurities, habitual sins, selfishness, and emotional hurts. Dispel my unrealistic expectations that set me up for disappointment. I place my trust in you rather than my partner. In this period of waiting, I will look to you alone to be my companion and best friend. You are the one who redeems my life from the pit, who crowns me with love and compassion, who satisfies my desires with good things (Psalm 103:4-5).

I will not be anxious, but as I present my requests to you, flood me with the peace that surpasses all understanding so my heart and my mind are guarded in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6,7).

In this request, I commit myself to trust you and do good, to dwell in the land and feed on your faithfulness. I commit my way to you and trust that you will bring it to pass (Psalm 37:35)."

In Jesus’ name, AMEN.

Alrightie then! Enjoy reading...:-) btw, I will leave the link for this topic about Femine Nature at the bottom...

Sweet dreams Cupcakes!!! xoxoLalaineCherie:-)

What are the Feminine Nature that Men Adores?

The feminine nature has a weakness, softness, and delicateness about it. A feminine woman leans toward trustfulness, adaptability, and fearfulness. She is submissive to her husband and has a dependency upon men for their care and protection. In contrast, the masculine nature is stronger, harder, firmer. Men are natural leaders and guides, and as such, they have a natural tendency to command. They are competent, aggressive and protective. The feminine woman lacks these masculine tendencies.

Awaken Your Man

Feminine dress causes a man to notice a woman and makes him feel more of a man. The feminine manner brings out more of these differences, and adds to his feeling of manliness. Add to these the feminine nature in a woman which awakens a man’s natural inclination to protect her. They all work together to form one total package of femininity each performing its own part. They are all intertwined to form a strong cord of female attraction and dependency. Together they cause a man to have the most pleasant of sensations - that of power and strength. The bigger, stronger and more masculine the man, the more he delights in sheltering and protecting a feminine woman.

In the Presence of a Capable Woman

How does a normal man feel in the presence of a capable woman? When a woman is independent and capable, able to meet or exceed a man on his own ground; when she doesn’t need his manly care, protection, leadership or support, he simply doesn’t feel like much of a man. She has met the challenge and turned out to be a better man than he is. Such women are repulsive to him. Just as sheltering a woman produces extreme satisfaction in a man, not being needed produces extreme humiliation and defeat. There is no joy in doing for a woman who is perfectly capable of doing for herself.

In the Presence of a Feminine, Dependent Woman

A soft, tender, gentle, trustful, dependent woman brings out a hardly perceptible feeling of protection that expands from himself to her. Such a woman gives him a pleasurable feeling of manly strength and power that is extremely gratifying. He feels more of a man, more capable, stronger, and bigger than he is. We tend to think that such a woman would cause a feeling of disgust or contempt due to lack of ability and masculine feelings, but quite the opposite happens - it brings out the best in him.

Admiration of the Independent Woman

There are times when an efficient, able, masculine type of woman receives the admiration of men. She may rival men with her management skills, be decisive and ingenious, and high up in the business world. The type of admiration a woman like this receives from a man is the same he would bestow on another man. It is doubtful he will find her attractive or that she will awaken his manliness. There are many such women who seem to have the respect of men, but the respect is seldom turned into love. It simply doesn’t cross his mind to think of cherishing and protecting her for a lifetime.

We have to remember what matters to a man when he is seeking to enhance his own manliness. It’s not that he doesn’t admire these women - they are healthy, charming and enjoyable, but they are not fascinated by them. They lack certain characteristics that stir a man’s masculine emotions. They have an air about them that says, “I can handle things on my own. I can kill my own snakes.” that clashes with the feminine nature. Those women that we admire aren’t all that thrilling to men. We wonder what they see in the brainless dolls. It’s the women with the frail dependency and need for men that thrill them.

A man wants a woman who is part angel with a character he can look up to as even better than his own; then he wants her to be a helpless creature that he would like to scoop up in his arms to cherish and protect. The independent woman has the qualities of an angel, but are lacking those human qualities that endear her to the opposite sex.

What If You Are a Large Woman?

What if you are a strong woman? What if you have a large build or excess weight? How can you seem to be tender, soft, delicate, dependent and trustful? It is certain - size has nothing to do with having a feminine nature. You can appear fragile and delicate to a man if you follow specific guidelines. You don’t have to be little and delicate to appear so to a man.

Sometimes you will see a small man married to a large woman. In many cases he does not see her as large. She has developed a feminine nature that is soft and sweet and he sees her as such. She makes the impression of being delicate with traits like depending on him, needing him, relying on him and trusting him. She has successfully disguised her overpowering figure.

Traits of the Feminine Nature

Weakness: Men are strong and firm with an air of hardness about them. Women are, in contrast, weak, delicate and soft. This does not mean they have weak characters - they are angelic!

Submissiveness: Men are the leaders and guides. Women are adaptable, changeable, and trustful. These traits make it easier to submit to her husband’s authority.

Dependence: Men are to provide the living, do strenuous work and protect women and children from harm. Women are to lean on men, trust them, allow them to protect and care for them. The definition of feminine dependency is a woman’s need for masculine care and protection. Don’t be so able to “kill your own snakes”.

Tenderness: Tender feelings are part of the feminine woman. Movies, songs, books, and even television commercials will move her to tears. She has a strong sense of sympathy and has tender emotions toward the helpless. Don’t try to hide or be ashamed of these feelings. This is another fascinating trait to a man.

Fearfulness: Every feminine woman has a tendency to have a natural fear of dangers - either real or imagined. Men have the opposite tendency to be unafraid, especially when they have control over the situation. Sometimes men will place women in a dangerous situation just to show their own fearlessness in the face of a woman’s fright. This makes them feel extremely masculine.

The smaller or sillier the fear a woman needs protection from, the more masculine a man will feel. When he rescues a woman from a mouse or a spider, a loud or strange noise, darkness, or some other trifle he feels manly and strong. He can easily laugh at these small things and gain much satisfaction from saving his damsel in distress.

How to Awaken Your Feminine Nature

Acquire a Feminine Attitude:

Acquire a dependency on masculine strength. Let go of your masculine strength, masculine abilities, masculinecompetence, masculine fearlessness. Excel in your feminine abilities, but get rid of the masculine tendencies. Read and study the 3 A’s until they become your nature. Be adaptable to his life and his agenda.

Eliminate the Masculine Work:

You must be careful in this area. You need to discover what masculine work you are doing and be ready to give them up, but you cannot demand that your husband take a masculine job. To do this is to exert the control in the situation. You must make your case to your husband, explain the details to him, tell him why you need him to do this work, but the decision is still in his hands. If he agrees, great! But if he doesn’t readily accept the job you are trying to give over to him, that’s ok, too.

If you find you are stuck with a masculine job, keep doing the job in the most feminine manner you can, always asking for help and advice whenever possible. You do not need to do the job with masculine efficiency and gusto! In fact, it will be detrimental to you as a woman to do so. Live the principles of Fascinating Womanhood for a time, then approach him again. When you are doing your job well, he may be more willing to take some of the responsibilities.

Be Submissive:

I have said it before and I’ll say it again - submission is a highly active endeavor. You don’t just become a doormat or a mouse and call yourself submissive - no, no, no! Submission requires strength of character, a firm knowledge of your wonderful place as a woman, and (pardon the expression) guts. It’s no job for a weakling. It takes a strong woman to willingly yield to the leadership of another of higher authority. And don’t forget, this authority has been vested in your husband by an even Higher Authority. The subject isn’t open for discussion or debate.

As a submissive woman, avoid hard, unyielding opinions. Yes, he wants to hear your opinion, but it must be expressed in a feminine manner. Remember, however, that I am talking here of the more human opinions. Never yield in your morals or those traits that make you the woman he has on a pedestal.

Don’t Hide Your Fearfulness:

It’s charming to a man for a woman to be in need of his masculine care and protection. Grip is arm a little tighter when you step off a curb or ask him to take care of the spider in the tub.

Don’t Hide Your Tender Emotions:

The tears you express when you watch a sad movie, hear a touching story, or learn of the plight of the innocent are touching to a man and awaken his tender emotions toward you. Do not suppress these emotions. Even if they laugh, they are touched.

Don’t Try to Excel Him:

It’s fine for you to be grade A in your feminine sphere, but please don’t compete with your man in his arena, and by all means don’t do better than he does in a masculine area. Don’t be stronger, less fearful, more decisive, or less wavering. Don’t compete in the area of wages or prestige in the workplace.

Invite His Care and Protection:

Let him care for you in small things. Ask him to open tight lids on jars, allow him to open your door, let him help you with your coat. Don’t be so quick to do these things yourself. Give him time to do them and always express your appreciation for his kindness and care.

Live Your Feminine Role:

There is no better place to develop your feminine nature and depth of character than in your own home. Your home is the best workshop for learning the gentle arts and the soft traits of the feminine nature.

The Sweet Promise

While feminine dependence and frailty are desirable feminine traits, there needs to be an assurance that when you are put to the test in an emergency or by some necessity you will have the strength and fortitude to meet the need. This is what Mrs. Andelin calls “the Sweet Promise” and your husband needs to know he can depend on you should the circumstance arise.

What the Feminine Nature Awakens in a Man

The feminine nature makes a man more willing to offer his care and protection. As he begins to care for a woman his love and tenderness toward her grows. When you are too independent and self-sufficient he feels no need for caring for you and this causes his love and tenderness to fade. He loves that which he shelters and protects. When you display a feminine nature it awakens his need to take care of you, do things for you, protect you, shelter you and devote himself to you. While he is doing these things his feelings of love deepen.

Never forget: A man will not offer his care and protection when he senses it is not needed, or that his efforts will be ridiculed. The woman, who with her feminine nature and dependency, makes him feel wanted, needed and appreciated will be dear to him. You can win his love and affection as you develop your feminine nature.
